Initial consultation is free, but a £10 holding deposit is required which can be used against your first session or refunded if you decide not to worth with me. If you cancel within 24 hours or do not attend you agree to forfeit your deposit.

I operate a 24 hour cancellation policy, which means, if you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment time or don’t turn up you will be charged for that session.  Equally, if I cancel within 24 hours I will add a session onto your package by way of apology.

In recent years hypnotherapy has come under some private health insurance policies and you may be able to claim back some of your costs through your health insurance. We’ll discuss the best option for you at your free online initial consultation.
